By booking an appointment with Better in Colour Spa and Teeth Whitening d/b/a WhitenUp, you agree to the following appointment cancellation policy.
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be treated as a no-call/no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price
Appointments may be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Cancellation and no-show rules apply equally to member and non-member appointments.
If WhitenUp must cancel your appointment, you will not be charged and you will be notified as soon as possible.
